ENC: CALA Managed Services Solution Architect

 

 

The Managed Services Solutions Architect is responsible to design all aspects of Comverse Managed Services solution matching Customer business requirements. The Solutions Architect works as a team member in coordination with Sales and Product Unit Teams during the sales process – from lead to contract closure.

•           Define the Managed Services solution including:

-           Scope of Services

-           Roles and Responsibilities 

-           Staffing model and Organizational Chart

-           KPI's/SLA's 

-           Transition and Transformation  

-           Financial Model

-           Value Proposition

•           Supports the business development efforts by participating in new opportunities and generating service extensions

•           Be part of  Sales Team responding  to RFP/RFI's or proposals:

-           Prepare the Managed Services proposal

-           Prepare/Conduct  Presentations and Work Shops of the Managed Services Solution

•

            Establish strong relationships  with customers 

•           Is the trusted advisor to the existing customer base while supporting new initiatives

•           Manage/participate in Due Diligence process

•           Prepare the Managed Services professional parts of the contract

•           Solution Handover to the Managed Pressure Operations

 

Job Requirements: 

 

Bachelor's Degree in Computers Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution

 

            •           Professional Experience:

-           Deep knowledge  in BSS systems -VAS is an advantage 

-           Deep knowledge in Managed Services Operation and delivery

-           Experience in analyzing and design of Business Processes

-           Experience with Managed Services sales or pre-sales

-           Experience in Managed Services Transition and Transformation

•           Skill Set:

-           Strong organization, prioritization and communication skills - self-starter, equally confident working standalone or as a team member 

-           Highly creative with strong presentation skills and ability to manage and contribute in meetings from small workshops to large conferences 

-           Fluent written and spoken English is a must  (additional languages is an advantage) 

-           Entrepreneurship with ability of new relationship building and negotiation skills  

-           Working under pressure on parallel tasks

•           Knowledge:

-           Strong knowledge of CSPs (Communications Service Providers) operational processes and systems 

-           Telecom Industry market

-           Managed Services Operational Processes

-           Knowledge of BSS and/or VAS solutions 

-           Knowledge of Comverse products is preferential 

-           ITIL and eTOM knowledge 

-           Project Management
