IT ANALYST SR

 

Activities:

 

- To ensure the operation of the processes of infrastructure within the organization, conducting support infrastructure activities within the organization, participating and contributing in IT maintenance actions (stations, servers, peripherals, telephony, network management, CFTV)
- Attending support requests of high complexity within the set standards and deadlines for the installation or maintenance, functioning under any monitoring

- Register the activities of care in a control tool and document the solutions in the knowledge base for future reference

- Perform computer services (backup, antivirus, authentication and inventory)

- Apply new technologies to improve the dynamics of actions and maintenance of IT services, keeping up to date on the process and its area of ​​operation technologies, aiming to keep up with an appropriate level of knowledge to their activities
- Controlling access, maintain and operate complex systems (email, firewall, proxy, telephone exchange, etc.).
- Assist technicians and analysts in infrastructure support activities and provide direct support to users

- Find solutions that provide a reduction in the downtime of employees or services allocated on company servers, minimizing the impact on groups of employees
- Assist in the implementation of cost control services and to account for administration of networks

 

Requirements:
 
- Complete higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent courses in Information Technology

- Experience in industry

- Technical English for reading, writing and speaking (fluent)

- Three or more years experience

- Knowledge in SAP or TOTVS ERP
